Overview

Background

Sluamor is establishing procurement networks that NGOs, Community Organisations and Not for Profit organisations can join to avail of best value for money from the market. The objective of this process is to achieve value for money for the voluntary sector through coordinating expenditure to drive savings that are otherwise lost by not being able to obtain volume discounts and achieve economies of scale at a collective level.

Project Description

This is an expression of interest process. It is open to any not for profit to join these expenditure management networks. Once we have a minimum of level for each in scope category, we will coordinate a tender process and put in place supply options for the sector to benefit from.

We expect to run open processes inviting a wide range of organisations interested in servicing entities using the frameworks. We will ensure there is regional balance, value for money and experience working with voluntary organisations across any supplier framework members.

Business Requirements

This is an expression of interest process. NGOs interested in participating should complete and submit the EOI form attached below.

Key Risks, Constraints & Dependencies

There are no significant risks providing NGOs are responsive and share data required on request as frameworks are established.
